On a recent visit we started with their signature drink, “The Dante Martini”. The Dante Martini, is a signature blend of Ford's Gin and Ketel One, perfectly balanced with the subtle nuances of Noilly Prat and Dolin Blanc vermouth. Finished with a touch of Nardini Cedro and infused with olive and lemon bitters, it's a timeless interpretation that tantalizes the palate with its harmonious fusion of flavors. Add to that the beautiful presentation of tricolor olives in the glass. Lynette’s go to martini order is a dirty martini so of course she indulged in the tantalizing allure of the "Dirty" martini at Dante West Village, where Reyka vodka meets the smooth richness of olive oil and olive bitters, creating a luxurious and savory experience. Enhanced with the delicate essence of Cinzano 1757 dry vermouth and a pinch of salt, this sophisticated concoction redefines the classic martini with its bold yet balanced flavors.
I capped martini hour off with the "With a Twist". Featuring Absolut Citron and Beefeater gin harmoniously combined with the subtle sweetness of Alessio Bianco vermouth. Enhanced with essence of grapefruit, lemon, and lime, this refreshing twist on the classic martini tantalizes the palate with its vibrant citrus notes and sophisticated allure.
