  • Avocado Smash

    • 1 ripe avocado

    • Juice of 1/2 lemon

    • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh Toppings

    • 1 cup arugula

    • 2 heirloom tomatoes, sliced into wheels

    • Salt and pepper to season tomatoes

    • 1/4 cup pickled red cherry peppers, thinly sliced
