We decided to start our brunch at chloé with hot Americanos, each topped with creamy oat milk. Sipping slowly, we soaked in the warm, inviting atmosphere of the café, letting the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the gentle hum of conversation gently awaken our senses for the meal ahead.

The Protein Breakfast Wrap at chloé was a flavorful, hearty delight that felt indulgent without being heavy. The organic tofu scramble was perfectly seasoned, while the seitan chorizo added a smoky, savory kick that paired beautifully with the creamy avocado and sweet, roasted tomato. Fresh kale brought a satisfying crunch, and the butternut cashew cheese added a rich, nutty creaminess that tied every element together. Wrapped in a soft, warm tortilla, each bite offered a perfect balance of textures and flavors. This wrap was not only satisfying but energizing—a perfect start to a leisurely vegan brunch.
