  • 2 cups mixed olives, drained

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary

  • Peel from 1 lemon, peeled into strips

  • 1 garlic clove, smashed

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or to taste)

  5. Add the fresh lemon juice and red pepper flakes. Toss gently to combine.
