When we’re out running errands of course we’ll often grab a snack to keep fueled for the day and lately we’ve found some vegan plant-based snacks that we really enjoy so we wanted to share these tried and tasty snacks with fellow vegans, plant-based dieters, and people who just love a good and good for you snack!
MUSH
I recently discovered MUSH overnight oats, and they’ve quickly become one of my favorite plant-based snacks. They’re incredibly convenient, totally delicious, and made with clean, wholesome ingredients — no refined or added sugars, which is a huge win in my book. So far, I’ve tried the Blueberry and Peanut Butter flavors, and both are seriously satisfying.
The Blueberry is made with coconut milk, rolled oats, and dried blueberries sweetened with apple juice concentrate — it’s subtly sweet, creamy, and super refreshing. The Peanut Butter version is heartier, with oat milk, peanuts, dates, and sea salt. It tastes indulgent but still feels nourishing and balanced.

Drumroll Donuts has become a new favorite for guilt-free indulgence — I love that they’re fully plant-based and low in sugar, making them a treat I can feel good about. I’ve tried both the Chocolate and Strawberry flavors, and they’re seriously delicious. The chocolate donut has a rich, cocoa-forward flavor and the perfect soft, cakey texture — slightly better than the strawberry in terms of bite and mouthfeel. It’s summertime, so of course Van Leeuwen Vegan Ice Cream Bars are high on our list of must-have treats. We especially love the Triple Chocolate Swirl, Brown Sugar, and Vanilla Wild-Berry Swirl flavors.
