Instructions

  1. Make the creamy base
    Drain the soaked cashews and blend with the oat milk until completely smooth. This is your rich, dairy-free cream.

  2. Sauté aromatics
    In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil or vegan butter. Add the diced onion and cook for 4–5 minutes until soft and translucent. Add garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

  3. Cook the corn

  6. Season & finish
    Taste and adjust with salt and black pepper. Finish with fresh herbs on top.
